Lantern is a restaurant and bar concept created by chef Giuseppe Castellano. We were brought on long-term to brand and launch the first location and to help maintain the creative vision throughout the opening of five additional NYC locations.

When we were brought on to create the Lantern brand, we were challanged to work in the concept of the American Revolutionary War. As a means of updating this concept, we imagined what a collonial era tavern would look like today if left untouched to turn to ruins. The result was heavily distressed and military inspired while incorporating a contemporary color palate and trend-forward typography.
